What we know about you, and what we do not.

We ask for no personal data

No name, no email, no phone, no documents. There is no registration. Delivering energy needs one TRON address, and that address is public on the chain anyway.

What stays in the bot

Telegram gives the bot your numeric chat id and, if you have one, your username — unavoidable for any bot. We keep the chat id and your orders: amount, term, address, txid. Enough to settle a disputed order and no more.

What happens on the site

These are static pages. No advertising, no cookies, no consent banner to click. Visits are counted by Google Analytics with browser storage switched off (client_storage: none, IP anonymised). Your browser stores exactly one thing — the light or dark theme you picked — and it never leaves your device.

Pages load two external files: market prices from energypriceboard.com and a font from Google Fonts. Your browser talks to those servers directly, so they see your IP, as with any website.

The chain is public

Your payment and our delegation are TRON transactions, visible to everyone forever. Plan for that: the address you pay from becomes linked to the address that received the energy. No service can delete a chain record, ours included.

Who we share data with

Nobody. We do not sell or pass on order information. The single exception is a lawful demand we are obliged to satisfy.
